Hello and welcome!
I, like most of you have for several years attempted to balance school, work, play, and a healthy lifestyle. Anyone who is working towards this goal themselves, understands that there are several obstacles that can hinder progress in this area.
You can always begin a healthier lifestyle rather easily, there are several tasty dishes a person can come up with in the beginning, but it doesn't take too long before you get really tired of the same old dishes, and then you fall back into old habits of eating that aren't as beneficial to you as a person.
So I started looking into new recipes! There was a problem, however, in that new recipes mean new ingredients, of which you somehow manage to forget just one crucial ingredient for when you go the the grocery store. That means before going to the grocery store, you have to search your recipes for ingredients you do not have at home, which takes up valuable time, and is rather annoying.
So the goal for this website is: a place where you can plan your weekly menu and recipe shedule, and then you can hit a button and it spits out your grocery list for the week. It makes it very easy, and very simple, and very time effecient.
I also hope to inspire you, AND myself, to live a much more joyful, simple, relaxed lifestyle as possible, by posting my own thoughts and ideas on how to enjoy life more, and how to integrate healthy living in a very busy world. For that reason there will be a monthly newsletter, and I really hope to recieve tips from anyone wanting to take part in this, on their favorite ways, and meals and ideas to live a more healthy life.
Later I hope to add a webshop to this site, where I would like to sell all of my very favorite things that have really helped me along the way.
