Winter mashed potatoes

Ingredients

Garlic Cloves

Parsnip

Potatoes

Celery, root
0.6 dl
Butter
1.1 dl
Milk

Carrots, shredded
1/4 Tsp
Cayenne Pepper, powder

Salt, to taste
0.6 dl
Chives

Directions

In a large pot of boiling water, add all of your vegetables and garlic and boil until tender. About 40 minutes unless you chop vegetables up in cubes.

Remove from water, and mash with a handy dandy  masher, or whizz in a food processor. Add butter and milk.

Season with salt and cayenne. Serve in a serving dish with chives sprinkled on top! This is an amazing recipe, and very very healthy, and very very good for your blood sugar.
