In a large pot of boiling water, add all of your vegetables and garlic and boil until tender. About 40 minutes unless you chop vegetables up in cubes. |

Remove from water, and mash with a handy dandy masher, or whizz in a food processor. Add butter and milk. |

Season with salt and cayenne. Serve in a serving dish with chives sprinkled on top! This is an amazing recipe, and very very healthy, and very very good for your blood sugar. |
